We normally send your rebate 3-10 business days after your order has shipped. Please understand we are a small business and we process these rebates manually so it takes a lot of time. If you don’t receive the rebate after 10 business days, feel free to contact us by clicking here or call our customer service.
We want our product to serve the people who really need it so we wait for your order to ship to make sure you are serious about getting this product. If we commit to send the rebates before shipping, we find some people may cancel the order to take advantage of this program.
